Failure to pick up a cash on delivery order

In case of non-collection of the order on delivery (including in-store pickup):

• orders that have not yet been shipped will be automatically canceled
• all future orders will be shipped/processed only on the condition of advance payment - otherwise orders will be automatically cancelled

Please be fair and pick up your order on delivery. It costs us unnecessary work, packaging and shipping costs.
