RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Before you order anything, please think carefully about whether you are really interested in the given product, as ordered goods that have arrived safely cannot be returned.
The outer packaging/box serves only to protect the goods. Damage such as scratches, discoloration, deformation of the package/box shape, or slightly unwrapped packaging (in a corner or similar) caused by transportation cannot be compensated.
In case of more serious damage, please contact our team at kspacepro@gmail.com immediately after receiving the goods. You can return them free of charge, we only accept them unwrapped and with proper evidence (photos) of damage. A damaged product cannot be exchanged for a new/different product, but you will be refunded in full for the damaged product (excluding shipping). If you would like an exchange, please simply purchase a new product in a new order after your return has been approved.
